Despite their strong performance throughout the 2023 Malaysia Open, Indian duo Satwik & Chirag unfortunately crashed out from the semi-final stage after they lost against unseeded Chinese pair Liang & Wang by score of 16-21, 21-11, 15-21 after an intense clash. Meanwhile, Indonesian ace Alfian & Ardianto managed to dispatch their Korean rivals comfortably and qualified for the final.
