Roderick Ramone Brown is a 35-year-old male, and Alexis Shaianne Smith is a 27-year-old woman. They have been in the news because they were recently detained after getting involved in a violent altercation at Waffle House.
Both of them are natives of Madison.
According to Madison Police Department, they were detained on suspicion of disorderly behavior and threatening a Waffle House employee.
Why Did They Get Involved In Violent Altercation?
Roderick Ramone Brown claimed to have ordered something to go. After waiting for the dinner, he saw that it did not match the order he had made. He said he got into a verbal altercation with the Waffle House Manager who is a female.
According to the reports, when Alexis Shaianne Smith, another alleged customer, was asked about the event, he became aggressive. She was then told to board the patrol car. The police confirmed that numerous minors were inside the establishment when the altercation at Waffle House occurred.
Ramone Brown was given a refund for an incorrect order by the restaurant’s female manager. She said in her statement that Smith attacked the manager when she and Brown were leaving the restaurant. Smith continued by saying that she attempted to strike the manager.
Brown and Smith were subsequently driven to the Morgan County Detention Facility where they were both placed in jail.
