WWE Smackdown Results Live Today: John Cena vs Roman Reigns Confirmed For Summerslam 2021
The Champ opened this week’s Smackdown with an in-ring promo, calling Roman Reigns “a scared little kid” for turning down his challenge last week. He also claimed that the Big Dog only changed his personality because he didn’t believe in himself and the fans don’t believe in him either.

Later, during his contract signing with Finn Balor, Reigns said he “digs” Balor’s hunger and drive that is so unlike Cena’s tired act. As Balor grabbed the contract, Baron Corbin blindsided and attacked him, trying to sign the contract himself. John Cena then ran to the ring, took out Corbin and signed the contract with a bright green pen, making his match with Roman Reigns official.
The match will happen at Summerslam on 21 August, 2021, at the Allegiant Stadium in the Las Vegas suburb of Paradise, Nevada for the Universal Championship at 8pm EST, 5.30am IST, 1am BST and 10am AEST. Book your tickets for the event HERE.

John Cena vs Roman Reigns Prediction And Live Stream Details
Although John Cena did say upon his return that he’s here for the long-haul and not just ‘one night,’ winning his 14th World Championship would just as much be an inevitability as it would be a surprise, considering that he would eventually have to leave his title reign for another Hollywood project anytime.
John Cena would definitely be my pick for the Summerslam match but if he wins, his reign won’t last long. Plus, with Finn Balor on the sidelines, an interesting storyline and a triple threat match appears promising. Talking about triple threats, the PPV will also feature Nikki ASH, Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley in one for the WWE Raw Women’s Championship.
