Many came forward to pay tribute to the late rapper, meanwhile many celebrities including Kanye West, Desiigner, and many more reacted to the news.
Who is Desiigner?
Desiigner, whose real name is Sidney Selby III, is an American rapper who has released many hit songs such as Panda, Champions, Outlet, I Get That, and Move How We Move. His net worth stands at $5 million.
The 25-year-old rapper started his career under his original nickname Dezolo. Later, his sister convinced him to drop the name and use another name Designer as the stage name, while doubling the i’s.
In 2015, the artist released his first commercial debut single titled Panda. A year later, he signed a recording contract with Kanye West’s Good Music Imprint.
Previously, in an interview, the Billboard Music Award winner for the Top Rap Song revealed that he was shot when he was 14 years old. Though the musicians didn’t reveal the details about the incident.

Coming back to his breakdown during IG live, the rapper didn’t hide his emotions after he learned that his friend Takeoff’s death has been confirmed.
The Holy Ghost singer took to his Instagram and expressed his thoughts and pain. In his IG Live, the songwriter said, “Why? Why do we f**king do this? I swear to God, this shit ain’t nothing, I’m done rapping.”
The musician who’s presently an independent artist, seems to be shaken up by his friend’s demise as he pointed out how many talented musicians have lost their lives over the course of years.
Later, he even went on to post a story on his Instagram where he wrote, “I’m done rap.”
Takeoff’s Death
For those who are unversed, let us tell you, as per a report by TMZ, on early Tuesday, November 1st, the American rapper Takeoff, died outside a bowling alley in Houston.
Alongside Takeoff, there were 2 more who were shot. Though both of them were rushed to a nearby hospital, as of now there isn’t any update about their condition.
As per the media outlet, Quavo and Takeoff were playing dice, when the incident took place. As of now there isn’t any information known regarding the incident.
