1.Frankie Solarik
Frankie wrote a book named, โThe Bar Chef: A Modern Approach to the Cocktails.โ Frankie is well known on this industry and is also the co-owner of Torontoโs popular bar BarChef.
Frankie has also appeared in several well-known magazines and it is all as an outcome of his own initiatives. The New York Times, National Geographic, the National Post, The Globe and Mail, Imbibe magazine, Sharp magazine, and CNN are among his feature magazines.
Frankie once stated, โIt’s an idea of presenting a drink as a dish, I strive to make cocktails with the similar visual, visceral, and taste appeal and also complexity that is possible within a dish, the general goal for me artistically is to challenge the conventional thought as to whatโs possible within the medium of a glass.โ
2. Julie Reiner
Julie Reiner is another member on the judging panel. Julie Reiner is the co-owner of two globally famous cocktail bars in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn, Clover Club and Leyenda and the author of The Craft Cocktail Party: Delicious Drinks for Every Occasion.
She was also consulted to join the group at Beverage Alcohol Resource as a partner after numerous years in the industry to offer up her expert knowledge in mixology as well as bar processes and also ownership. Reiner has served as a judge in the past as well in numerous competitions.
