Earlier there has been a spike in users searching for the Valorant ‘Queue is Disabled’ and ‘Competitive is disabled’ error codes.
Both of which have temporary fixes although they look linked to downtime.
Meanwhile, at the time of writing this article, there is a developing issue and it certainly seems that Valorant is down, though down detector reports equate to the following issues such as:

As per the outrage and reports, it seems that the outages are isolated to US servers only as the latest number of reports are coming from the regions like:
Los Angeles
San Francisco
New York
Houston
Dallas
Washington
Chicago
Other areas in the United States might be affected due to a large number of reports coming in from the nation that isn’t assigned to a specific state.
How to Fix Valorant ‘Queue is Disabled/Competitive is Disabled Error
While the server issues remain, the impact of error codes such as the Valorant ‘Queue is Disabled Error, players outside the United States and under normal conditions may randomly get this error.
Luckily, errors such as this one and the Competitive Is Disabled Error can be easily fixed by restarting Valorant.
If the issue still pertains, then try restarting the platform while doing a full power cycle which involves players unplugging the PC/Laptop or other device from its power source for upto a minute then booting back up.
