During a glamorous finals night held at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, Faron Medhi, 18, a representative of the state of Nebraska, was named the new Miss Teen USA. She follows Tammy Jo Hopkins, who won the title in 1981, as the second Nebraskan to claim the honor.
Breanna Myles of Florida, Miss Teen USA 2021, awarded her the title when she triumphs.
Jenna Beckstrom of Idaho came in as the first runner-up, and Cassidy Hill of California came in as the second runner-up. Isabella Mosqueda of Michigan, the third runner-up, and McKinley Farese of Tennessee, 4th runner-up,ย make it to the Top 5.

Who Is Faron Medhi?
Faron Mehdi is a model and a student. She has been in the news because she recently won the title of Miss Teen USA 2022 at Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, in the United States.
In Omaha, Nebraska, she was born and raised. Her mother is from Walthill, Nebraska, while her father was born and raised in India’s Assam. It means that she is a half-Indian.
She graduated from Millard North High School in May 2022 with a 4.1 GPA. Now, she is going to study biology at GCU in Phoenix, Arizona, this fall with a focus on pre-medical studies.
She was active in several groups throughout his time in high school, including Mustang Mentoring, National Honors Society, Interact Club, Student Council, HOSA, and others.
Presently, she is 18 years old.
Her Career
Faron Medhi studied breakdance for nine years before becoming a hip-hop dancer. She likes sharing her love of dancing as a dance instructor for children and adults.
Sheย is alsoย a model,ย holding contracts with the mother agency Develop Model Management in Omaha, Select Chicago, Wilhelmina Denver, and Nomad LA. At the age of 12, she began modeling at Omaha Fashion Week. Since then, she has met with agents all around the world.
Since she was nine years old, she has participated in pageants, and she has always wished to be crowned Miss Nebraska Teen USA. She wants to win Miss USA.
She mentors and reads to K-9 children as part of her platform sharing her passion for promoting self-love. She wrote an affirmation book for elementary school pupils called “I am ABC’S.”
