FIRs have been made against the madrasa as the madrasa was constructed unlawfully

It is significant to note that Uttar Pradesh has declared it would survey the state’s unrecognised madrasas to gather data on the number of teachers and students, the curriculum, and any affiliation with non-governmental organisations. The District Magistrates of every district in the state have also received orders in this regard.

Surveys are to be conducted under NCPCR

Danish Azad Ansari, the minister of state for minority affairs, had earlier stated that the survey would be carried out per the demands of the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), which wants to examine the provision of essential amenities to students in Madarsas.
