Kuabara is the one who overcomes Toguro in the original Yukina escape arc. It is a major shift from the original script is Yusuke murders Toguro on their first meeting. Sadly, there will not be a season 2 of the Netflix series YuYu Hakusho considering its storyline and ending. There isn’t much potential for Yusuke’s narrative to develop beyond Yu Yu Hakusho’s finale. The Dark Tournament and Spirit Detective stories were combined to form the season 1 plot.
