Along with a devoted following, Alex aka Pretty Pastel Please who was well-known for her distinctive sense of style, haul videos, and travel content, left behind a large and loving family. Despite the fact that her cause of death has not been disclosed, some supporters appear to have had concerns about her in the days before her death.

With 47,000 views, her last video, which she posted on May 31, showcased a Temu fashion haul. In addition, Alex had about 122,000 Instagram followers. On another account, she showcased her nature photos. Fans of Alex can offer their respects at a tribute on Instagram and YouTube, and her family has asked anyone who is “affected” by her passing to “reach out for help.”

In 2023, Alex went through a divorce. In the past, she had been candid about the effects of social media trolls and her problems with mental health. She argued that people should be gentler and acknowledged that she had previously found it difficult to deal with “hurtful” statements on social media.
