Twitch’s popular couple XQC and ex-girlfriend Adept, have broken up once again, the pair revealed their latest streams and the breakup was followed by a lot of drama that left many of their fans heartbroken in 2022
XQC and Adept declared their break up in a stream on 15th of September. XQC stated that, “I had to make a choice; I was cornered into choosing between the family and Sammy. And unluckily, what happened is that, I cannot just ‘choose’ family, cause that’s just, I don’t know, saying it was my fault.”

The breakup caught Adept off-guard and left her upset. She called out her ex-boyfriend, stating: “I don’t know why he feels like he needs to announce things as I asked him to give me a moment of privacy so that y’all didn’t do exactly what the f**k all of you are doing presently.”
XQC and Adept Breakup
In his stream on Thursday, the Overwatch pro opened up about his breakup on Twitch. He revealed that there was little bad blood between his girlfriend, Sam, and his family. The couple officially declared their relationship in the year 2021 after toying and playing the ‘just roommate’ card with the fans for about two years.
Both the XQC and Adept have a big Twitch following, Moreover, their relationship was celebrated by many fans as people loved them . Although, navigating a relationship in the public eye has not been an easy task for them. The couple broke up in August of 2021 shortly after making it public.
The pair, managed to reconcile and move forward at the time. But at this time, theireakup has become very public, with both streamers talking about it and telling their own sides of the story on their streams and making it weird for one other.
XQC and Adept’s Drama
Following the breakup of XQCs announcement, upset Adept hopped on her live stream and called him very ‘manipulative.’ While declaring the breakup, XQC revealed that there were troubles between his family and his girlfriend. He also stated that all had not been good between his brother, his significant other and Adept.
“I love my brother, I love my family, but he and his girlfriend, and me and Sammy (Adept), we just couldn’t be all at once in one place, we couldn’t, it’s just not possible. There was friction when I was at my brother’s house and there was friction when we all got here, it was just very odd.”
