The July 2023 Xbox Game Pass was a great success with Capcom multiplayer shooter, Exoprimal as the biggest addition.

Given below is the full list of free games set to feature in the upcoming Xbox Game Pass August 2023:
- Celeste – Aug 1st (console, PC, cloud)
- Broforce Forever – Aug 8th (console)
- Everspace 2 – Aug 15th (Series X/S)
- Texas Chainsaw Massacre – Aug 19th (console, PC)
- Sea of Stars – Aug 29th (console)
Game Pass has only confirmed the above games so far. Fans can expect other games to join the list in the coming days.
Xbox Game Pass subscription price
Fans who wish to subscribe to Xbox Games Pass can do so for either £7.99 a month on PC or £8.99 on console. They can also opt to subscribe to the Ultimate option, which is available on console for £12.99 a month.
Texas Chainsaw Massacre
Texas Chainsaw Massacre is undoubtedly the biggest addition to Xbox Game Pass in August 2023. Much to the delight of fans, the game will release on day one. The game has a multiplayer 4v3 PvP mode instead of a 4v1. Texas Chainsaw Massacre is based on the original 1974 movie, and features multiplayer gameplay features.
The game features four survivors working together to fight against three members of the Sawyer family. The three members include the knife-wielding hitchhiker, the creepy sheriff, and the iconic Leatherface character. Players will get to play in a map featuring the terrifying slaughterhouse filled with bones and hooks.
Xbox Games with Gold August 2023 games
Aside from Game Pass, Xbox also has a Games with Gold August 2023 banner featuring the following games:

- Inertial Drift
Sadly, for Xbox fans, the Games with Gold service is set to end on September 1. As such, fans will no longer get new games under this service starting from next month. However, fans will still have access to all the games that they previously redeemed during its existence.
