NXT Women’s Champion Raquel Gonzalez was all smiles when she came out with Dakota Kai to address the NXT Universe this week. While she talked about what’s in store for her in the future, Kai bid her time listing off Raquel’s accomplishments thus far. “As long as I have your back, you will always be champion,” were Kai’s ironic words moments before she made all hell break loose.
As Gonzalez went to pose with the title, Kai turned on her and knocked her out with a huge kick, sending Gonzalez and the title to the mat. Adding fuel to the fire, Kai picked up the NXT Women’s Championship and hoisted it above her head. She sent a clear message to Raquel, letting her know that she’s coming to grab the prestigious title. A stunned Gonzalez looked on as Kai departed from the ring.

Dakota Kai vs Raquel Gonzalez Possible Date And Venue, Live Stream And Prediction
Following NXT TakeOver: In Your House that took place on 13th June, 2021, the promotion’s next pay-per-view NXT TakeOver 36 is set to take place on 22nd August later this year. The Capitol Wrestling Center will broadcast the event, being hosted at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. Being a major development of a new challenger, a match for the NXT Women’s Championship between Dakota Kai and Raquel Gonzalez seems apparent.
The pay-per-view will be live streamed on the WWE Network and the Ten1, Ten1 HD, Ten3 and Ten3HD channels in India, starting at 5.30am IST. Two other matches have already been determined for the PPV. They are Walter vs Ilja Dragunov (NXT UK Championship) and Karrion Kross vs Samoa Joe (NXT Championship).
