According to SEC guidelines, WWE issued a proxy statement that included information on the executives’ compensation from the previous year, including Vince McMahon and Triple H with this set to be the salaries of the new CEOs in 2022 as well

His wife, Stephanie McMahon, on the other hand, made $2.2 million. It consists of $724,115 in base pay, $464,778 in stock awards, a “paltry” $222,650 in incentive pay, and $775,723, which includes her performance reward contract, in additional remuneration.

The biggest winner was WWE President and Chief Revenue Officer Nick Khan. In 2020, he earned $13 million in total. Despite earning only $498,462 as his base pay, he received a $5 million sign-on bonus and an additional $6.8 million in stock awards.


Shane McMahon, the WWE World Cup champion, made at least $820,369 from his performer’s contract.

While Stephani and Tony’s salary is yet to be revealed after they became the Co-CEOs as Vince stepped down, its likely to be in the same range.
