What’s exciting?
The 13th Prague Open will bring tennis action back to the Czech Republic’s capital from July 25–31 at the TK Sparta Praha Stadium. The tournament’s second seed and defending champion, Barbora Krejcikova, is one of the favourites to win.
World No. 2 Anett Kontaveit, who entered the competition as a wildcard, and previous champion Petra Kvitova will be in attendance with her.
Karolina Muchova and Lucie Havlickova, a 17-year-old, will also compete in the WTA 250 competition, which has a long history of honouring home heroes.
