Qualified Players For WTA Finals
Seven slots have been decided for the WTA 2022 finals. Iga Swiatek, the current world No. 1, Ons Jabeur, and Jessica Pegula have confirmed their participation prior to this week. A few days prior, Coco Gauff won the right to compete, making history as the youngest competitor since 2005. In the singles main draw of the competition, Caroline Garcia also took part. Daria Kasatkina and Aryna Sabalenka were the newest players to receive tickets for the event on Thursday. Veronika Kudermetova and Maria Sakkari of Greece will battle for the one remaining slot.

WTA Finals 2022 Prize Money And Points Distribution
The participants in the competition this year will be awarded prizes totaling $5,000,000. These prizes will depend on how well they perform.
A total of 1500 ranking points will be awarded to the 8 contestants if they can remain undefeated.
For each match played in the round robin, players received 125 points.
125 points are awarded for each match won during the round robin, along with 330 points for making it to the championship game and 420 points for winning.
