The Bad Homburg Open is a women’s professional tennis tournament held in the Bad Homburg Tennis Club in Bad Homburg, Germany, on outdoor grass courts. The event, which is a WTA 250 tournament on the WTA Tour, first took place in June 2021 after being postponed from 2020 because of the COVID-19 epidemic.
The inauguration was to be held in 2020 but the pandemic forced it to the 2021 year as it’s the first edition. This is the event’s second edition being organised.
