The competition will feature thirty strongmen at the qualifying stage before cutting down to ten during the finals weekend.

Heading into the competition, British star Tom Stoltman, who finished second last year, will be looking to win his third WSM title.
The 29-year-old Scottish sensation, who won in 2021 and 2022, and his older brother Luke, 39, who just won the European Strongest Man earlier this month.

Brian Shaw has now revealed 14 of the 16 names to be a part of the lineup. Hafthor Bjronsson, Mitchell Hooper, Tom Stoltman, Evans Singleton, Trey Mitchell, Thomas Evans, Bobby Thomsons, Alexi Novakov, Matt Ragg, Lucas Hatton, Luke Stoltman, Aivars Smaukstelis, Paolo Kordiyaka, and Austin Andrade will be taking part this year.
The upcoming competition will take place across five days, from May 1 to May 5, with one rest day in between. This year’s event will be making a return to the famous Myrtle Beach, in South Carolina. The final will take place on Sunday, May 5, at 4pm ET. Given below is the full schedule for the tournament:

Sadly, there is no live television coverage of the World’s Strongest Man competition. Fans in the US can, however, watch the highlights throughout the summer on CBS Sports Network and CBS Television Network, starting on May 28.
