The World Men’s Curling Championship for 2024 is presently underway which kicked off in March.

The top six teams go to the playoff phase, where the top two teams get a bye while the bottom four teams compete in the qualification round to advance to the semifinals. In order to compete in the 2024 World Men’s Curling Championship, thirteen curling federations met the requirements.

Having defeated Canada in the 2023 tournament, Scotland now has the title of world champions going into this competition. In the 2023 championship game, Bruce Moaut’s rink effortlessly defeated Brad Gushue and company, securing the nation’s sixth gold medal overall.
