It’s time for another Wordle problem, another five-letter word to ponder and regret not guessing earlier, know the today answer 268
If you couldn’t obtain it and ended yourself here, or if you couldn’t get it at all. I had some difficulty with today’s term, and I’m guessing I’m not alone. It wasn’t the most difficult word I’ve ever encountered, but it was a challenge.
Millions of people use Wordle on a regular basis, and I’m curious how long this trend will continue, and when we’ll be compelled to use six-letter terms. I’m shocked there isn’t already an official version of that (I’m sure it exists somewhere, but “Wordle” brand? Nope. Also, I just learned that Wordle is made up of six letters). In any case, we’ve got a problem.
What Exactly Is Wordle?
Wordle is a well-known viral game that doesn’t require any explanation. The game’s success garnered the attention of the New York Times Newspaper, which has now acquired it, and the game now has a new home on their website! Some players say the game has gotten more difficult since it was relocated, but the paper argues this is only a coincidence because the game hasn’t been modified significantly. The newspaper admitted that several terms were eliminated from the list because they were inappropriate or may disqualify some players.

Wordle Today Answer 268 March 14 2022
Here’s how I came up with the solution to Wordle 268 today. As is customary, I began with the word ‘AUDIO,’ however this was not the greatest choice for today because none of the letters are in the word! This was startling, but at least now I know there must be an E in the term; the question is whether there are two E’s in the word today or just one.
I chose the word ‘CREPE’ as my next guess to test whether there were two E’s in the word and that all the other letters I had chosen were different consonants to rule out or disclose more letters. I did get the E in the right spot, but there weren’t two of them in the word today. I was also unable to divulge any further letters in the term.
Given the positioning of the E, I reasoned that there may be a double letter at the end, so I went with the word ‘SMELL’ as my next option. I’d finally figured out how to disclose additional letters in the word.
Not only that, but I now knew the first four letters of the word, making the answer on my next guess a breeze to figure out. The solution to Wordle 268 is…
SMELT!
If you guessed the word right today, congratulations!
