Didi Richards either failed to notice or decided to upload the pictures because she liked them so much. The New York Liberty star shared a number of images on Instagram this week, and they revealed many instances in which she may have experienced horrific nipple slips.

The great shooting guard for the New York Liberty, Richards, understands what it means to be tenacious. After suffering a college accident that rendered her immobile from the waist down, she had to relearn how to walk. She eventually won the Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year award in 2020 after returning to the court.

Richards had 2.3 points and 1.4 rebounds in his one season with the New York Liberty. She participated in just 14 games. She was out for the majority of the year due to a hamstring injury. Richards was taken by New York in the second round of the WNBA draught, and her WNBA career has only just begun. The former Baylor guard and Naismith Defensive Player of the Year is still developing on the court two years after an on-court collision that temporarily paralysed her from the waist down.

The WNBA is eager to maintain the status of its brand and its athletes over the offseason, and athletes can make six figures while remaining domestically and growing their personal brands. But the intersection of two of Richards’ passions—young people and fashion, clothing and shopping—brought her to Queens.

Richards explained her motivation for taking part in the event by saying, “I think that’s what I’m into; anything that impacts the future. I kind of live for seeing their smiles, too. Therefore, I support them in whatever way makes them happy, including torturing their parents.” Richards made sure to get the names of each child who had come out to meet her before the shopping started. She greeted them all individually.
