The trophy, which goes by the official name of the WNBA Championship Trophy, is a unique piece of art. It is made by Tiffany & Co. and stands 25 inches tall and was updated in 2023 to reflect the WNBA’s development. It weighs roughly 26 pounds.
The basketball, perched on three skewed stems, serves as the focal point. The four panels of the ball are finished differently to mimic the official WNBA basketball’s multicoloured pattern.
To recognize the WNBA’s champions and pioneers, the names of the teams that have won the championship each year are engraved on the triangular base.

MVP trophy
A three-dimensional image of the WNBA logo woman is used as the trophy for the Most Valuable Player of the Championship Series. It also honours past recipients of the honour, such as Sheryl Swoopes, Lisa Leslie, and Lauren Jackson.
The item is referred to as the Kia WNBA MVP Trophy for sponsorship purposes. Additionally, in 2023, artist Victor Solomon redesigned it. Measuring a total of 16 inches, the base bears the names of the 16 players who have received the trophy.
