What Exactly Happened in Wind Breaker Chapter 457
Wind Breaker Chapter 457 starts with Jo Mahon punching Kazuma for rigging races. He even confronts the fixers but got beat up by them badly. He reminds them by showing the recording that he will expose all of them. But the fixers reply that who will believe in loser Jo. That’s how the world works and he can’t do anything to change.
If he really wants to change, then he should aim for the top and win the Japan Grand Prix. We even see a little flashback where Kazuma was rigging the race so that he can help little Kaneshiro with her health problems. After Kazuma and Jo talk while he convinces Kazuma that he will win the league and change everything. They both promise each other they create a place where young cyclists will be able to ride and compete freely.
