But this time, his mental strength isn’t up to handling his existence among the turmoil of the city and the issues facing the students. Kota Factory Season 3 is simultaneously realistic, endearing, relatable, inspirational, and hard-hitting.

Kota Factory ending explained
Following the suicide of one of his students, Jeetu finds it difficult to deal with it in season 3 of Kota Factory. He stops coming into work and doesn’t answer any calls.
He eventually gathers himself when a friend calls to remind him that he has debts to repay and is accountable for multiple other students. Though he returns to his teaching duties, Jeetu has changed. He enters therapy because he is emotionally vulnerably.
He keeps lending a hand to Vaibhav and his pals whenever they need it and counsels them to be inspired by the achievements of others rather than feeling envious.
Jeetu quits his therapy because he feels better. He then makes an appearance on a podcast where he discusses exam preparation, failure, and success.
Meena needs money but doesnt accept help from his buddies. Uday finds him a part-time tutoring job. Meena learns from Jeetu that it’s okay to accept assistance when needed, and he also gives him a loan so he can stop working a part-time job and concentrate on his studies.
The exchange leads Gagan to assume that Jeetu meddles excessively in the lives of his students, but this is not the only point of contention between the two educators.
Gagan recommends that since their top students will be receiving high rankings which are necessary to advance their institute, separate sessions be held for them.
Will Kota Factory return?
Regarding the series’ renewal or cancellation, no official word has been released. The fate of Kota Factory has not yet been revealed by Netflix. Nonetheless, there is conjecture that Netflix may decide to renew Kota Factory for a fourth season because to its enormous popularity. However, no official date or renewal status is known yet.
