Unlike other English clubs, Chelsea won’t be holding a victory parade after winning the Conference League
Chelsea defeated Real Betis 4-1 in Wroclaw on Wednesday to win the Conference League title, capping out the season in style.
Enzo Maresca’s team had already had a fantastic season, qualifying for the Champions League on the last day of the Premier League season and taking home some hardware. Chelsea is the first team to win all of the European titles, having already won the Champions League and Europa League.
Will Chelsea FC hold an open bus victory parade in London for winning the UEFA Conference League
After a dismal first half in which Chelsea fell behind at halftime to Abde Ezzalzouli’s goal under ten minutes, that was in doubt in Wroclaw.

However, the Blues came back after the interval and scored twice in five minutes thanks to goals from Nicolas Jackson and Enzo Fernandez, both of whom were expertly assisted by Cole Palmer.
There was still more to rejoice as Moises Caicedo added a fourth goal in stoppage time, but Jadon Sancho’s incredible curling finish put an end to Betis’ ambitions and made sure the blue end of the stadium could start the celebration.
The win completes Chelsea’s collection of UEFA trophies, which also includes the Champions League, Europa League, Conference League, Super Cup, and Cup Winners’ Cup. It also marks Chelsea’s first trophy under Todd Boehly’s ownership, which started in 2022.

In recent days, Premier League clubs have staged numerous open-top bus parades.
On Monday, Crystal Palace extended their FA Cup celebration with a bus procession and another event at Selhurst Park, Liverpool celebrated their Premier League victory in front of large crowds, and Tottenham celebrated with their supporters in north London after winning the Europa League.
Chelsea does not, however, intend to hold a trophy parade to commemorate its Conference League triumph.
Five Chelsea players have been called up for England’s forthcoming matches against Andorra and Senegal, meaning that many members of the squad will instead focus on their international responsibilities.
