Fans get upset as the 14-year-old vintage cricket YouTube account Robelinda2 gets disabled over copyright infringement
Cricket enthusiasts are incensed by the permanent deletion of a legendary YouTube account due to a dubious copyright controversy. The account which was removed was old enough to make everyone upset over its deletion. It was 14 years old.
Fans have been losing a lot of fan accounts due to copyright infringement, where they share pictures, videos, throwbacks and more about the celebrities they adore.

The video-sharing platform, YouTube has faced criticism for allowing meaningless demonstrations, often spearheaded by people who don’t actually own the rights to the material. Not just this, the people are also not being able to recover or get back their disabled accounts.
That’s what happened with Robelinda2. The user has accepted the loss and said goodbye to his 14 years old account where he shared highlights of cricket. Following several disputed copyright violations, the popular YouTube account featuring footage of vintage cricket has been removed. An error notice now shows when trying to visit the website as the owner of the account named Rob Moody, a Melburnian tried to access the account.

The account owner, who lost his long 14-year-old vintage account took over his official X (formerly known as Twitter) account and informed the public about he not being able to access the channel. Moody wrote:
Robelinda2 YouTube channel has been officially terminated.

Meanwhile, Moody had informed multiple times that he had been receiving threats to disable his account. He has also received several threats on his Twitter account, however, it was later said that the notifications were out of error. As per a report by Fox Sports AU outlet, recent posts by Moody concerned threats from the user named @MarhabaCricketIndia account seemed to be targeting his work on the grounds of their “legitimate and exclusive digital rights” in Bangladesh.
One of the notifications from the account stated:
We urge the owner of robelinda2 to remove the infringing content proactively to avoid further penalties.”
