He made the decision to try and qualify for a Grand Slam qualifying tournament once more after the success of a YouTube channel he started when Covid first appeared. After the ban was removed, he recorded himself competing in minor tournaments and even sparring with Novak Djokovic at the 2021 French Open. Seven years after his retirement, in 2022, he started his quest for Grand Slam qualifying. Since then, he has vlogged every match and achieved 109,000 subscribers on YouTube.
The French player established a new career-high of No. 224 when he concluded the season with an ITF championship and two finals, but it took him until the end of 2023 to raise his ranking high enough to enter into qualifying.
