Yamil Arocho, popularly known as Yam Yam is a salon owner hailing from Puerto Rico. Arocho participated as one of the 18 contestants in the 44th season of the hit reality TV show “Survivor,” where he was initially placed in the Tika tribe.
During the season, the Tika tribe faced challenges as members suffered injuries and experienced vote-outs. However, Arocho played a crucial role as a key member of the Tika Three, an alliance he formed alongside Carolyn Wiger and Carson Garrett. The Tika Three strategically pitted rival tribes against each other, navigating their way to the final four.
