Wycliffe “Wyc” K. Grousbeck is an American entrepreneur who was born on June 13, 1961, in Worcester, Massachusetts, USA. Grousbeck is the majority owner and governor of the NBA’s Boston Celtics. He was born to H. Irving Grousbeck, and Sukey Grousbeck, and he is currently 63 years old. His father, Irving, co-founded Continental Cablevision in 1964.
Education
Wyc Grousbeck attended the Noble and Greenough School in Dedham before attending Princeton University in 1983. During his time at Princeton, he joined the rowing team that went undefeated and claimed the Ivy League and NCAA rowing championships with them. He later earned a J.D. degree from Michigan in 1986 before attending Stanford University and obtaining an M.B.A. in 1992.

The 63-year-old also co-founded Causeway Media Partners, which is a group that invests in media companies and sports technology.
