A Colorado boys’ hockey team was also lodging at the same Roseville hotel as 38-year-old Allison Leigh Schardin. She began talking to the teenagers in the hotel hot tub and confided in them about her marital issues, according to court filings.

Later that evening, she sent one of the boys a Snapchat message stating she’d had a fight with her husband and needed to go to his room, according to the details in the court records. She allegedly inquired the boys their ages when she arrived and said that they were young enough to be her children. She apparently started talking about s*x with two of the boys after that and climbed into bed with them.
The guys stated that a third boy was there when they felt compelled to have s*x with Schardin.
Eventually, they ordered her to go. Later, when they were back in Colorado, the mother emailed the boys and showed up at one of their hockey games. Schardin is accused of third- and fourth-degree criminal s*xual behaviour after his arrest last Thursday.

The waiter at the restaurant admitted to kissing and stroking the guys excessively. According to the article, she also stated that she asked them for a condom but claimed she wasn’t going to go through with it. Monday is her scheduled court date. Documents show that, not long after the incident, on December 18, 2023, her spouse filed for divorce.

Allison Schardin has previously been involved in several legal problems. She was arrested by the Blaine Police Department on November 19, 2020, for overnight parking, according to court records from Minnesota. According to Minnesota court records, she was detained once more for traffic infractions in 2022, this time on suspicion of driving under the influence. She received a probationary period and a suspended jail term in this case.
38 year old Schardin, a waitress at a nearby restaurant, identifies herself as a “wife, truth seeker, boy mom, singer, and foodie” on social media. A previous picture of her smilingly posing with her 8 and 12-year-old sons can be seen on her Facebook profile. It was posted soon after the alleged s*xual assault episode that occurred last month.
