Vikas Singh career
Vikas Singh strongly trusts the budding talent of the country and he has played a very key role in mainstreaming underprivileged youth in the domains of sports and in the sector of education through policies and financial support.
Vikas Singh graciously also lends financial support to different organizations which have been engaged in working for the betterment of underprivileged and differently-abled children. A few of the notable organizations to which he has contributed are the CRY and Handicapped Childrenโs Association based in India.
He is also working for girl education and also has shown visible support to several of the organizations working in this field. Throughout his working career, Vikas Singh has always been engaged in supporting the Bar by contributing generously towards the medical help and healthcare of needy lawyers.
He is listed among the few Senior Counsels which are in the Supreme Court who have never turned down requests of any junior Counsel approaching him individually for any help. He was also the lawyer in Sushant Singh Rajputโs case.
Vikas Singhโs education and family
Singh, according to the information available online, was born in 1960 and did his schooling at St. Michaelโs School, Patna and graduated in Chemistry (Honours) from Patna Science College, and spent a year at Ravenshaw College in Cuttack as well.
He has been practicing for over 30 years, having started his career in the legal profession in 1990 and was designated as a Senior Advocate in 2004 and had served as Additional Solicitor General for India from 2005 to 2008.
Vikas Singh has been a visiting faculty member in the Indian Parliament giving lectures on different issues which include legislative drafting and legal education. Singh was born in Patna and he is married to Minu Singh. He has two sons namely Shri Venkatesh and Varun Singh.
Mr. Vikas has also appeared as a guest on various public forums and television programs to speak on issues of national importance. Vikas is also seen as one of the boldest personalities who are taking a clear stand on matters of judicial and legal concern, most of the time even being vocal in calling spade a spade, no matter at what height fault lies.

Following a close contest in 2022, Senior Advocate Vikas Singh emerged triumphant once again to be re-elected as President of the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA), a feat he first achieved in 2017 and aย margin of 251 votes separated Singh from his closest rival, Senior Advocate Ranjit Kumar.
He came into limelight after he has took the Sushant Singh Rajputโs mysterious suicide case after an FIR was registered by Sushantโs father in the Patna police station against Sushantโs ex-girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, her family, and others for being accused of abetment of suicide, fraud, breaching of trust.
While his fees isn’t known, he bought a bungalow worth Rs.70 crore in Sundar Nagar, Delhi in 2021.
