After being released from prison but still haunted by accusations of being a sexual predator, Bill Cosby is now facing a lawsuit from a former Playboy model.
Victoria Valentino, the 80-year-old complainant, claims that Cosby drugged and sexually abused her more than 50 years ago. According to the Los Angeles-based lawsuit, the incident happened in 1969 after Valentino and a friend met Cosby for dinner.

This legal action has been made possible by a new California law that temporarily lifts the statute of limitations in sexual assault cases. The outspoken opponent of Cosby and ally of other victims, Valentino, expressed her appreciation for the chance to pursue justice through the court system. In an interview, she stated,
This new law that has gone into effect, never in a million years did I expect to see tangible justice.
Cosby’s spokesperson, Andrew Wyatt, replied to the charges by claiming that Victoria Valentino made her claims “without any proof or facts” and calling attention to any contradictions in her comments.
In addition, Wyatt opposed the “look-back windows,” which have been installed in California and other jurisdictions, claiming that they infringe on everyone’s fundamental rights. He emphasized how difficult it is for defendants to gather evidence because of how much time has passed, and he rhetorically questioned how Cosby might locate possible witnesses to give testimony in his favor.

Who is Victoria Valentino?
Victoria Valentino is a well-known American former Playboy model. She has been in the news because she filed a lawsuit against comedian Bill Cosby for sexually abusing her more than 50 years ago.
She is a native of Connecticut. She attended a high school for theatrical arts in New York City, where she acquired her acting instruction. However, after finishing her schooling, he moved to California.
Victoria Valentino soon became a member of a folk ensemble. Later, she fell in love with and married a violent wannabe photographer. According to reports, they had a son named Tony during their abusive marriage. She allegedly left her abusive husband in 1964.
She is currently 80 years old.
Her career
Before starting her career in the entertainment industry, Victoria Valentino worked as a registered nurse and home hospice case manager.
At the start, she apparently posed for nude pictures, and her photographer husband sent the pictures to Playboy. At the age of 19 years, she was chosen by the publication as Playmate of the Month in September 1963.
Due to this, she was soon exposed to the glitzy Hollywood scene, where she met various renowned personalities. She also attended multiple acting auditions during this period. After leaving her husband, she assisted in the New Year’s Eve opening of the original Playboy Club on the Sunset Strip.
