The accused were placed under judicial detention after making an appearance in Dumka Court on Sunday. The event took place on Friday in Kurumahat, Dumka, which is almost 400 kilometres away from Ranchi, the state capital. Police sources claim that the four people who are accused of r*pe are locals, and they also assaulted the rider’s spouse, who is 28 years old. One of the suspects claimed to be a minor, according to the sources. Three are still managing to get away.
The name of the biker is Fernanda and the 28 year old who is a Brazilian goes by Fernanda 4ever on Instagram. Her husband Vicente is afed 64 and is from Spain.

Although the accused’s names have not yet been made public, reports identify them as Rajan Marandi, Pradeep Kisku, and Sukhlal Hembram. The woman, who is actually from Brazil but has a Spanish passport, was travelling with a partner to Nepal when they spent the night at the Hansdiha market in Kurumahat.

According to senior police authorities, the suspects confessed to the gangr*pe and admitted attacking the pair with the intention of raping the woman during questioning. The accused claimed to be between the ages of sixteen and thirty, and the police have verified this, according to a source. According to one source, the suspects stole a watch, Rs 10,000 in cash, and a ring.

Pitamber Singh Kherwar, the superintendent of police in Dumka, revealed that the Crime Investigation Department had investigated the situation. Forensic experts also gathered all of the evidence from the crime scene. The team also reviewed every piece of technical evidence that was accessible.

The female YouTuber made a video in which she discussed her experiences. She said that seven guys had attacked and plundered her in addition to r*ping her, although they had not taken much because r*ping was their main goal. She said that she didn’t think they would survive. In a different thread, her partner related his own experience. He said his partner was in worse shape than he was, even if his mouth hurt. The defaulters had repeatedly struck him in the head with both the stone and the helmet. He expressed gratitude that she had on a jacket that deflected some of the hits.
After receiving widespread notice for their first video, the two uploaded a follow-up in which they detailed the police’s ongoing investigation. They also responded to some of the critical remarks about India that had been made after thanking everyone who had contributed supportive messages. Further, she claimed India to be a great nation and urged her followers not to address India in a bad way.
The duo had entered India through Pakistan in July of last year and was now on their way to Nepal. Then, the woman said via social media that they had finished their five-year global tour, seeing 63 countries and covering 153,000 kilometers. As of now, the Spanish Foreign Ministry is also in direct contact with Vicente and Fernanda to give them the necessary support.
