From the Manifestโs 1st season, the role of Cal Stone had been done exclusively by Jack Messina. Moreover, all the fans are tuning in to watch season 4th on the platform of Netflix which is being greeted with another new and older version of Cal. This version is now well played by Ty Doran after the character was aged up.
While few of the fans may believe this recast is new for 4th season as the actors actually changed in the main episode of season 3rd. In the episode Mayday first Part and second young Cal touched the tailfin of Flight 828 which has caused him to disappear, only to return as being an adult version of himself. Now the role has been played by Doran to be with his mother Grace as she died.
As the story has continued in the 4th season, it becomes very clear through the flashbacks that Cal is five and a half years by touching the tailfin.

The role of Cal in the 4th season of Manifest is done by Ty Doran. He was born on the 29th of October 1997. Ty Doran is presently 25 years as of the release of Manifest season 4th in 2022. Doran is an American actor who completed his studies at Kinkaid School in Houston where Doran starred as Edna Turnblad in the production of the musical Hairspray.
