After being charged with several extremely serious offenses of grooming this month, Twitch streamer Mak0zy has declared his intention to leave the internet as his drama went viral
Twitch streamer Mak0zy was widely cancelled when a 16-year-old Twitter/X user recently shared some unsettling Discord direct messages that were purportedly received to them by Mak0zy. Since then, multiple other DMs have also been leaked.
Who is Twitch streamer Mak0zy, his grooming controversy drama explained and is he dead or alive as leaked messages go viral
A leaked Discord message in which Mak0zy aka D is roleplaying with someone who was allegedly a minor at the time started spreading on X / Twitter, after jnxcedNO_mei, the alt account for X user @BOYW0ND3R_, made a post claiming they were groomed recently by someone over 20 years old, stating that they were 16 at the time and then revealed that it was streamer Mak0zy.
In the message, Mak0zy describes a s*xual fantasy involving the victim, referring to s*xual assault and specifically mentioning that they are underage.

On January 28th, 2025, Mak0zy (@mak0zy) wrote a post on X responding to the leaked DM, writing, “I’m very sorry to everyone I disappointed. I never wanted any of this. goodbye and thank you for everything.” He continued the thread, “None of you will ever see me again. I hope you never find out the reason why I had to do this.” He has since deactivated his account.
Twitch streamer, Mak0zy is primarily recognized for his Guilty Gear streams. He has been streaming Marvel Rivals, a hero shooter recently. Mak0zy has only a few hundred Twitch followers and roughly 1,800 X followers, making them a pretty unknown broadcaster by all standards.
An X user, @jnxcedNO_mei, the alt for @BOYW0ND3R_, posted on January 15, 2025, acknowledging that they were only 16 when they were groomed by someone in their 20s. They originally kept the identity of the alleged groomer a secret, but a day later, after some prodding from others, they said it was Mak0zy.

About two weeks after the charges were made public, Mak0zy addressed them in an X post. Mak0zy said goodbye, thanked his supporters, and apologized to everyone he let down in the message. He wrote that he hopes no one will ever learn why he had to leave and that no one will ever see him again.
As a somber conclusion to the response thread, Mak0zy said he intended to commit suicide in addition to quitting the internet.
However Mak0zy had written in response to a user, “I’m not quitting I’m killing myself. I just wanna make that clear.”
Whether Mak0zy followed through on his promise to commit suicide is unknown with it not known currently if he’s dead or alive. In any case, he has not received much support from the internet since the incident surfaced, with many people showing little to no empathy for the streamer after the messages of him grooming went viral.
Many memes, some with hundreds of thousands of likes and views, have been created on X since the accusations and Mak0zy’s reaction.
The reason he is killing himself is because he was caught sending texts like this to a child!! https://t.co/qTkhmTtEcw pic.twitter.com/2NxfJKRPxp
