Wife Tracey Taylor and Stanford’s Troy Taylor have been happily married for a long time now and the two are co-parenting three together
According to ESPN, investigations into Stanford head coach Troy Taylor revealed that he had mistreated female employees and intimidated his staff.
According to the study, over 20 current and former employees assisted with the two investigations, which included accusations against Taylor for alleged personal assaults and hostile and aggressive behaviour.
Taylor signed a warning letter on February 14 of last year after being the subject of an initial inquiry more than a year earlier, but a second investigation was completed on July 24.

According to ESPN, both investigations found that Taylor’s behaviour of staff members, especially women, did not meet Stanford’s standards.
Multiple Stanford employees filed complaints against Taylor for allegedly “hostile and aggressive behavior” and personal attacks, and the school brought in KWP Consulting and Mediation to investigate in Spring 2023 and the second investigation – which was in June and July 2023 – citing evidence that said “this is an ongoing pattern of concerning behavior by Coach Taylor.”
Taylor allegedly stated in the warning letter that he was aware that if the behaviour persisted, he might be dismissed; despite this, he is still employed. The second inquiry also revealed further complaints but his wife, Tracey Taylor, has supported him consistently throughout his career.
Troy Taylor is married to Tracey Taylor. Tracey has supported Troy throughout his career when he was an offensive coordinator, high school head coach, and college football head coach.
Sons Noah, Aaron, and daughter Ella are Tracey Taylor’s three children with Troy. There have even been times when she has imparted football knowledge to Troy Taylor. While not much else is known about Tracey, she is aged between 50-60 years while her husband Troy is aged 56.
When Troy had to decide how to divide his minutes with Sacramento quarterbacks Asher O’Hara and Jake Dunniway, Tracey recommended that Troy play them. “Why don’t you just play both of them?” Tracey said.
Troy related a story of how he was asked to take over as Eastern Washington’s offensive coordinator. His pay would be half of what he earned as head coach at Folsom High. He explained how the news affected Tracey in an interview.
