A look at Mikey Moore’s rising career
Mikey Moore recenlty plays for Tottenham Hotspur’s U-18 team. It all started when Moore moved to Tottenham Hotspur during his U9 development to finish it.
Along with the Tottenham Hotspur U18s, U19s, and trophy-winning Tottenham Hotspur U17s for the 2022–2023 season, the young star took part in the UEFA Youth League. The Englishman became one of the U21s’ youngest players ever when he made his debut with them at the age of 15. Moore helped Tottenham grab the victories in the U17 and U18 Premier League cups that year.
Moore committed to Tottenham Hotspur on a schoolboy contract on June 17, 2023, which would turn into a professional one when he became 17 years old. Talking about his international career, he represents England at U17 level.
A couple unfortunate injuries would have prevented Moore from making his Spurs team debut earlier in the season. The 16-year-old had a broken leg and damaged ankle ligaments at the start of the season, which kept him out of action for a long while.
Despite these severe injuries, Moore has netted an incredible 16 goals in 14 games for Spurs’ under-18 team. He also has nine assists to demonstrate that injury hasn’t completely wrecked his campaign. In the English PL U-18, he has scored 8 goals and seven assists in 7 matches.
