Austin is known for founding Credit Champs and working as a credit expert, mentor, and funding specialist. The suspected shooter, identified as T’Mone Michelle Williams, was also found at the scene with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Around 10:15 a.m., T’Mone Michelle Williams, 37, walked into the salon and fatally shot her partner, William Todd Austin, multiple times while he was getting a haircut. A woman claiming to be Michelle’s blood cousin named Kyaah Mar’yaa has since gone onto claim in a Facebook post that Todd wasn’t a god as is being claimed online.

Age 37 Michelle was Austin’s ex-girlfriend with the two having a son together as well. Todd had recently returned from a vacation in Miami with him and Michelle having recently broken up.

Michelle was pronounced dead at an area hospital after she returned to the salon to shoot herself in the aftermath of firing multiple shots at Austin.
