For the unversed, earlier, media reports emerged claiming that the 21-year-old Tishaa Kumar who was earlier sent to Germany for treatment passed away on Thursday, July 18.
The tragic news was later confirmed by the Kumar family who revealed that Tishaa, passed away after a prolonged battle with cancer. Meanwhile, T-Series released a statement as they requested for “privacy” from the netizens during this difficult time.

The statement of T-Series reads, “Tishaa Kumar, daughter of Krishan Kumar, passed away yesterday after a prolonged battle with an illness. This is a difficult time for the family, and we kindly request that the family’s privacy is respected.”

About Tishaa Kumar
According to several media reports, Tishaa, who was born on September 6, 2003, had been receiving cancer treatment in Germany and she died at a hospital in Germany. Although, there isn’t much information available about Tishaa Kumar.
However, media reports claims that she was the sister of actress Nattasha Singh and daughter of Krishan and Tanya Singh.
Though Tishaa Kumar was a private person and didn’t frequently appear in public, she was often spotted at T-Series film screenings.
One of her last appearance at a T-Series film screenings was in November 2023.
At the time she appeared at the premiere of “Animal,” a movie that was produced by T-Series. She not just attended the event with her father Krishan but also posed for photographs on the red carpet.

A few reports claims that the niece of Bhushan Kumar was wanted to be an actor. A source closed to the Kumar family revealed that “Tishaa was diagnosed with cancer. Her family took her to Germany for the better treatment.
“However, she passed away there on Thursday. It is a very sad time for the family.” For the unfamiliar, Tishaa’s father, Krishan Kumar, is a former actor and producer.
Krishan Kumar is widely known for appearing in movies like Bewafa Sanam, Aaja Meri Jaan, Shabnam, Kasam Teri Kasam etc. He was last seen in a 2000s film ‘Papa The Great.’
As a producer, Krishan Kumar has made many movies such as Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui, Thappad, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Airlift, Satyameva Jayate, Tanhaji etc. Additionally he co-owns T-Series.
