Timur Shamilovich Khizriev who is a Sunni Muslim is a professional MMA fighter who was born on November 19, 1995, in Makhachkala, Dagestan, Russia. He has been a lifelong martial artist, after starting out wrestling at age nine and later training in Wushu Sanda. Khizriev eventually made the transition into MMA and quickly rose through the ranks with his wrestling base and striking foundation. He is currently 29 years old and competes in the Professional Fighters League (PFL).
He is currently believed to be single and unmarried.

Timur Khizriev started out his professional MMA career in 2014, and currently holds an undefeated 18-0 record. He has so far won 3 wins by knockout, 1 by submission, and 14 by decision. Khizriev started out his pro career at regional Russian promotions and gained early experience at Severo-Kavkazsky Federal Okrug and CSDF League. Following a two-year break, he came back even stronger and eventually fought for ACB, where he won the prestigious 2019 Featherweight Grand Prix.
Timur Khizriev later competed in Bellator MMA, where he won all three of his fights—including unanimous decision wins over Daniel Weichel, Richie Smullen, and Justin Gonzales. Later in 2024, he transitioned to the PFL, where he currently remains undefeated through high-profile victories against Brett Johns, Enrique Barzola, Gabriel Braga, and Brendan Loughnane.
