The Loganville Police Department confirmed the arrest, noting that Koiyan’s actions were reported after a tip was received on January 23. Loganville, located about 35 miles northeast of Atlanta, is where the disturbing video was filmed. In the footage, a man is seen seated in a chair, while Koiyan, wearing navy scrubs and a stethoscope, stands above him on the chair, filming herself as she dances provocatively through a mirror.

Loganville Police Chief M.D. Lowry reportedly expressed his shock and disgust over the video, stating that he was appalled and disturbed that anyone would create such content involving a disabled person. He emphasized the department’s dedication to protecting vulnerable individuals and mentioned that his detectives had acted swiftly to bring charges.

It was reported that age 19 TikToker Koiyan, who had been employed as an in-home adult daycare worker at the time of the alleged incident, was arrested on January 28. After her arrest, she was booked into the Walton County Jail but was later released after posting a $7,500 bond on January 29. As of Wednesday, it was noted that Koiyan had not yet appeared before a judge for her first hearing. Authorities had not disclosed whether she had retained legal representation. The investigation was ongoing.

The circumstances and licensure of her employer is part of an ongoing police investigation and her TikTok account appears to have been taken down as of Wednesday morning.

It was indicated that if the video was confirmed to have been filmed within the Loganville area, additional charges could be filed.
