On October 15, a lady at a house in Georgia called 911 to claim that Bleu (real name Jeremy Biddle) had unexpectedly arrived with the goal of abducting the kid. The lady informed authorities that Bleu pulled her up and violently threw her on the ground, causing injuries to her right arm and hip, as the dispute heated up.

After the incident, Bleu took the child and left, but soon came back. Despite declining hospital transport, emergency medical responders evaluated the woman for injuries. Bleu was ultimately arrested on a minor assault charge after agreeing to meet with deputies in person. The 29-year-old musician was arrested early on Sunday morning and taken to the Hall County Jail. However, he was subsequently freed after paying a $2,400 bond.
The news came over a month after Tiemeria Biddle, Bleu’s wife, filed for divorce when Tenom, another lady, allegedly accused Bleu of taking her out. By apologizing to his wife and publishing a post on X, Bleu further attempted to put things right. However, nothing went right.
