It appears to be the season of weddings for the Pakistan Cricket Team. Following Imam-ul-Haq, all-rounder Faheem Ashraf is gearing up for his wedding on November 25, with preparations in full swing.
The mehendi night took place on November 22 in his hometown, Phool Nagar, in Punjab’s Kasur district, attended by close friends and family.

Faheem’s Wedding Date
Coincidentally, Faheem’s wedding date aligns with Imam’s – both cricketers will also host separate Valima Ceremonies on Sunday, November 26, at different locations. Faheem’s wedding is set for Narowal, while the Valima ceremony will be in Phool Nagar.
Hasan Ali, Faheem’s close friend, confirmed the engagement news to the media back in August.
The 29-year-old all-rounder, a regular in the Test team, has been excused from the training sessions for the upcoming three-match Test series Down Under. Faheem and Imam will join the Pakistan squad on November 30 in Lahore before heading to Australia.
Who is Faheem’s fiancée?
While pictures of Imam’s fiancée, Anmol, are circulating, Faheem’s fiancée remains a mystery. It’s unclear whether Faheem, like his teammate Shadab Khan did last year, chooses not to reveal his fiancée’s face.
Speaking about Faheem’s cricket career, he has been a consistent presence in the Test team, participating in 16 Test matches, 34 ODIs, and 48 T20Is since his debut. With Pakistan undergoing a transition phase in Test cricket, Faheem is eager to leave his mark against Australia.
Both Faheem and Imam Ul Haq are expected to participate in the upcoming Test series against Australia, set to begin on December 14. Faheem is slated to join the team in Lahore by November 30.
Despite Faheem’s costly performance in his last ODI against India in Colombo during the Asia Cup, where he conceded 74 runs in 10 overs and scored only 4 runs while batting, he has been granted permission to skip the entire training camp for the upcoming three-match series.
This series is scheduled to start on November 28 at the Pindi Cricket Stadium.
It’s noteworthy that several other prominent Pakistani cricketers, including T20 captain Shaheen Shah Afridi, fast bowler Haris Rauf, spinner Shadab Khan, and Test captain Shan Masood, entered marital bliss earlier this year, continuing the trend of cricket stars exchanging vows in 2023.
