Watch the video in which Aaron Wan-Bissaka has been dribbled past and know the only player who has done so this season
For Manchester United, fullback Aaron Wan-Bissaka has only been dribbled past once so far this season.
In similar circumstances, he defeated the best Premier League defenders with a recent score of an astounding 93.8%. He has a reputation for having great one-on-one skills.
A fellow countryman named James Maddison commended Wan-Bissaka on Twitter, writing:
AWB is ridiculously good at 1 v 1 defending. Probably the best in the world bar none. So many wingers run out of ideas when playing directly against him.”
That 6.2% was generated by Emmanuel Dennis, who eluded the defence during United’s 3-0 Premier League triumph in December.
However, did he?
The moment in which Dennis broke Wan-Bissaka’s spotless record has been captured on video, and the supporters don’t appear thrilled that it made a difference.
Who is the only player to have dribbled past defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka in the 2022-2023 Premier League season

Dennis, a forward for Nottingham Forest, is allegedly seen “dribbling” past the Englishman in the video.
Fans argue, though, on whether it ought to have been included in the total.
Considering that Wan-Bissaka can be seen leading the player out of United’s half before Dennis throws the ball to another Forest player, many people were outraged that the infringing dribble was even considered successful.
Due to a sloppy touch, Wan-Bissaka initially loses the ground combat, but he makes up for it by trying incredibly hard to recover.
A fan reacted:
“Imagine this being the only time you’ve been dribbled past in the whole season. AWB is clear.”
Meanwhile, other fan replied:
People’s definition of dribbled past is very funny to me.”
Another fan made fun of Virgil van Dijk after watching the video because he finished the 2018–19 season without getting passed.
“If that counts as a dribble we need to revisit that van Dijk season because this is not being dribbled past, never in a million years.”
Another told while agreeing to it:
If this is what dribbled past looks like that Van Dijk stat a couple years back is MADDD.”
They actually have a point, even if it is extremely unlikely, because it doesn’t seem like the United defender is currently being dribbled past.
Meanwhile, talking about Aaron’s future,
For the upcoming season, he might or might not remain in Manchester, but lately, he has been at his best.
While splitting the load with fellow right-back Diogo Dalot, “The Spider” has impressed the management with his defensive play and improved ability to assist forward.
