Notably, the Nadigar Sangam (the South Indian Artists Association) issued a temporary ban on Mansoor Ali Khan, following his comment.
Moreover, the National Commission of Women also took suo moto cognizance of the matter. However, on November 21, 2023, Mansoor did not seem threatened by the actions against him, as he held a press conference where he made some bold claims. He stated that he would not apologize to Trisha and even went on to warn Nadigar Sangam to remove the ban against him.

Mansoor Ali Khan is an Indian actor, music composer, writer, and producer who was born on November 30, 1961, in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu. He was born into a Muslim family, and his fatherโs name was Meesaikaara Abdul Salam Rowther, while his motherโs name is Sagoramaal. Meanwhile, he also had a brother named Saahul Hameed, who passed away in 2018. Mansoor has mostly appeared in Tamil films, often in antagonistic and supporting roles. He gained prominence following his breakthrough role as an antagonist in Captain Prabhakaran.

Mansor eventually gained prominence in 2010 when he acted in the movie Captain Prabhakaran. Throughout his career, he has played various negative roles in movies like Chembaruthi, Vedhachalam, Nanum Rocky Dhaan, etc. Some of Mansoorโs most popular movies include Anthapuram, Konjam Konjam, Sema, Adhiradi, Pottu, Natpukkaga, and many more.
