Now coming back to the recent incident, it occurred when Mathews Nedumpara interrupted another senior advocate Narender Hooda, who was representing one of the petitioners in the case.

Resorting to the situation, Mathews Nedumpara emphasized, “I am the seniormost here.” This response didn’t sit well with the Chief Justice who warned him that he “will not speak to the gallery,” while adding that “I am in charge of the court. Call the security… have him removed.”
