She was born on July 15, 1997, in Balangir, Odisha. She was born to a father, Ramesh Chandra Rayaguru, and a mother, Vijayalakshmi. Her father was a Special Judicial Magistrate (SJM) in Balangir. She has one elder sister, Debashri Rajguru, who is currently a lifestyle blogger, and one younger brother, Debansu Rayaguru, who is a cricketer and lawyer.

She completed her schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2, Balangir. Later, she went to Mumbai to complete her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from KC College.
