Steven van de Velde is a beach volleyball player who was born on August 8, 1994, in The Hague, Netherlands. The 29-year-old stands 6 ft 6 in (1.99 m) tall.

Meanwhile, he has now revived his goal of competing in the Olympics and secured a place in the volleyball competition at the Paris Games alongside Matthew Immers.
Regaining his status as one of the best volleyball players in the world, the 29-year-old is currently a part of the 11th-ranked team in the world, which will visit Paris the following month.
