Stephanie was a part of the Australian team which achieved the 2015 Oceania Cup in October. Further in 2018, Stephanie was named in Hockeyroos team that contested at the Commonwealth Games of 2018. The team stood at the second number, losing to Team New Zealand. Kershaw was also a part of the Australian team at the 2018 World Cup.

Stephanie also qualified for the Tokyo Olympics held in 2020 as she was a part of Hockeyroos Olympics squad. Previously in 2017, Stephanie achieved the Player of the Tournament award in the Australian Hockey League.
During her career, Stephanie Kershaw was a part of U21 Nationals since 2009 to 2012. Stephanie was a member of the Jillaroos, U21 Australian Team in a 4 nation’s tournament.
