She suffered a crushing loss in her second professional match, but she has subsequently won three consecutive. She won her most recent match in a wild knockout over Valeria Karygina at Naiza FC 51 on May 26. She won with a TKO. Sora Rakhmonova, like her older brother, has typically prevailed via submission or KO/TKO.

Kazakh parents welcomed Sora Rakhmonov into the world on June 21, 1998. She was born and raised in the Uzbek town of Shurchi, but initially, few people were aware of this. Rahman was the name of the grandfather of Sora. She was compelled to adopt a last name with a regional flair while residing in a neighbouring state.
Both of Sora’s parents are from Kazakh tribes; his mother is from the Konyrat tribe and his father is from the Altynbay tribe. By the age of twelve, Sora and her family were forced to move to the Kazakh city of Qaraghandy (or Karaganda), where their relatives lived.
At first, her family had financial difficulties. To assist supplement their income, her older brother Shavkat began working as a truck and warehouse loader.

Sora practises Islam with the same zeal as her older brother. Sora posted a picture of herself on Facebook holding a gold medal and wrote, “Thanks to Allah, I got a chance to the World Championship.”
